Quite some time ago I came across a post on social media where someone was basically lamenting the fact that although they were there for their friends during tough times, their friends were not there for them when they were going through a tough time. about yourself, because they can’t. These are only some of the things we do that hurt ourselves. Embracing the truth that you victimize yourself should encourage you to take an inventory of how you treat yourself.
